Here's my scoop on 2011 Traverse: I was taking a severely circular on-ramp to the NJ Turnpike when bells started ringing and the messages came on "Traction Control Off" "Service Brake System". Parking Brake light went on too. All went off after about a minute or so.The traction control systems detect when the wheels are about to lose traction. My 2015 with 100445 miles was having the exact issue, then traction control off flashed with service traction control and service stabilitrak and check engine light then motor turns off. Rough idle on start may set a quick miss fire and clear out and not set the CEL but the TC may appear. Those will show up in the total miss fire count.
